What’s first?
In order to start the home buying process, there are a couple of things that need to happen first.
- Get pre-approved. I have a loan officer on my team that can help you get that done quickly.
- Meet with me. With Covid-19, things have changed quite a bit. While I’m happy to have you in my office, we can also FaceTime, Zoom, or even just talk on the phone if you’d prefer. I want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other. During this meeting, we will talk about your wants and needs in a home.

What happens next?
Next we’re going to start your search. I’ll point you in the direction of my favorite websites for home searches that will help you in sending emails when new homes that you might like hit the market. While that is happening, I’ll be keeping a look out for homes that fit your needs, especially ones that haven’t been listed yet so you can have a first shot at it.
Once we find a home, I’ll take care of almost everything else. You’ll get a lot of DocuSigns from me to sign from your device but otherwise, you can sit back and relax knowing that my team is taking good care of you.
